Challenge:
Springhill Farm had developed several sub-brands over time, but the masterbrand lacked clarity and awareness in the marketplace. The challenge was to revitalise and consolidate these sub-brands, creating a cohesive brand identity that would increase overall brand recognition and elevate the masterbrand in the eyes of consumers.
Approach:
We partnered with Springhill Farm to refresh and align the brand, ensuring that the masterbrand took centre stage without diminishing the individuality of the sub-brands. Our approach involved a comprehensive brand strategy refresh, including a new visual identity and messaging framework that would resonate with consumers and emphasise the quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship of the brand. We developed new packaging that reflected the unified brand identity, creating a strong visual link between the sub-brands and the masterbrand. The refreshed packaging had a more modern, cohesive look while still retaining the unique character of each product line. Additionally, we crafted social media templates to ensure consistent messaging and visuals across digital platforms, helping Springhill Farm better engage with their audience and increase their digital presence.
Outcome:
The brand refresh successfully increased brand awareness by presenting Springhill Farm as a unified, cohesive brand with clear messaging.
